On the 9th December the Tav was host to Cassie's 21st Birthday bash. After the shocking appearances of Penny Crayon and Sadistic Sadie at previous birthday bashes in the pub, everyone waited with baited breathe to see what entertainment had been arranged. Unfortunately (or maybe luckily) for the men in the pub there was no Shaven Raven tonight, but there was a visit by "Richard Near 'Not Quite Gere' ".

The party was a really good laugh, and thanks to the entertaining posters of Cassie as a baby on show, Johns excellent disco, and a free buffet, everyone appeared to have a great time. Below is a copy of the poem that was written and read out by the kissagram.

I've sailed the seas and oceans so a woman would be heaven sent as you can see I'm an Officer but you'll find out I'm no Gent Cassie come for your birthday treat for fun and frolics we'll be lovin you may be the bar maid around here but tonight its not my pint you'll be pullin' You're anyones after half a shandy so have a night beyond compare and after your dealings with Arthur you'll be wearing kinky underwear If jason hears what goes on he'll really kick up a racket he may be a pyschiatric nurse but its him who'll end up in the straight jacket.
