| This was the fourth of the new
friday night Karaoke sessions in the Tav and probably the most drunken
and crazy out of them all. Everyone was put in the party mood by
the arrival of the massive Christmas Tree, the decorations, and
Green Aftershock.
Requests went in early and the first up were Ecke, Pete, Ryan and
Ugzy for REM's Losing My Religion. Not too bad a performance. As
the night went on more and more got up to sing. When it came to
Pete Mortons turn to get up, just after he started sing everyone
jumped up and walked out of the pub as a joke. It didn't seem to
phase him however as he was spotted (and heard) numerous other times
with the mic in his hand later that night. |

Even our relief manager Steve went
up to sing with Cheesy Lounge Club singer Pete. I can't really write
much more about the night because after the 8th Aftershock everything
seemed to go fuzzy and I can't remember a lot. Its a good job the
camera was in the pub to catch some shots of the night.
