Most people reading this will probably remember Alan Stewart who ran the Tav for a number of years up until 1998. On Saturday 17th April 2003 he got married to Maureen and as an ex-landlord where better to have the reception than with all their friends in the Tav escpecially as they actually met in the pub two years ago at Ron and Lorraines wedding. The reception kicked off at 2pm and DJ John "Mad Hat" Cornelius returned once again to provide the disco. Both Alan and Maureen seemed to have a great day, and as an added bonus we even got to see Carl wearing a shirt and having to give his best man speech!!
