Although this event wasn't held at the Tav, the majority of the people who attended are regulars and as this is a site for the pub regulars and the amount of requests I had, I decided I'd put the pics online. The occasion - Sarahs 21st, the location - Biddulph Moor Village Hall. The attendees - Amongst others, lots of crossdressers, the cast of starwars, and a fat batman. Fancy Dress parties are always touch and go. They can turn out a complete disaster because no one can be bothered to dress up, or they can turn out to be fantastic, just like this one was. Virtually everyone who attended dressed up for the occasion. Sarah dressed up as a Saloon Girl (which was very appropriate for the amount of time she spent at the bar), and Emma went as a kinky devil. There was a bit of a Starwars theme going on with Ecke dressed as Darth Vader, Jacko as a Stormtrooper, Vicky as Princess Leia, and Gav as Obi Wan Kenobi. The classic moment of the night has to be Gregs solo Bob the Builder Dance. I'll hopefully be able to upload a small video clip very soon.

The prize for the best costume (or maybe that should be the scariest costume) goes to Spence who went as Jackass's Party Boy (wearing just his pants, a dicky bow, and some cuffs). He put quite a smile on one or two young ladies faces. Another very scary thing was how convincing Pete was dressed as a woman. Out of all the lads that dressed as women, Pete (and maybe Chris Ashman) were scaringly good. Rob Walmsley was quoted as saying "I've fallen in love 6 times tonight - unfortunately 5 of them turned out to be men).
